Dyslexia is a learning disorder that involves difficulty reading due to problems identifying speech sounds and learning how they relate to letters and words (decoding). Dyslexia-It is most common Disability among people you must find various people in the world. Dyslexia, also known as reading disorder, is characterized by trouble with reading despite normal intelligence different people are affected to varying degrees.
Dyscalculia-It is difficulty in learning or comprehending arithmetic, such as difficulty in understanding numbers, learning how to manipulate numbers, performing mathematical calculations and learning facts in mathematics. It is generally seen as the mathematical equivalent to dyslexia. Mathematical disabilities can occur as the result of some types of brain injury, in which case the proper term, acalculia, is to distinguish it from dyscalculia which is of innate, genetic or developmental origin.
Dysgraphia-It is a deficiency in the ability to write, primarily handwriting, but also coherence. People with Dysgraphia also faced Problem understanding the Maps, Graph Chart, and Coordinates. Dysgraphia is a transcription disability, meaning that it is a writing disorder associated with impaired handwriting, orthographic coding, and finger sequencing (the movement of muscles required to write).

Well, there is no Cure for this Problem but there are some alternative methods you must find helpful. Dyslexia is a lifelong problem, there’s no known way to correct the underlying brain abnormality that causes dyslexia. However, early detection and evaluation to determine specific needs and appropriate treatment can improve success.
